Head to our Sign In page and select ‘reset your password’. Simply enter your email address and you will receive a link to reset.

Alternatively, on our Sign In page select ‘sign in with a one-time code’ and enter your email address. You will then receive a single use code to sign in on the next screen. This code will expire after 5 minutes.

Make sure that you use the email address associated with your Rewards account (this is the email address that receives Bed Bath N' Table emails).

As a Rewards member you will automatically be first to know about exclusive member offers and new product arrivals. To manage your email frequency, visit our Email Preferences page to select how often you'd like to hear from us.

To update details like your name, phone number and address, Sign In and select ‘Edit Account Details’.

At this stage only online purchases can be viewed in your online account. Any in store purchases will not be visible.
